Pioneered in 1880 by Augustus Quitzow, Geyser Peak Winery is bonded as the twenty-ninth winery established in the state of California staking a claim as one of the most award-winning wineries including honors such as Winery of the Year and Winemaker of the Year. The Geyser Peak winemaking philosophy is the same today as it was more than a century ago – create top quality wines of distinction. We combine traditional Old World practices with New World innovations. Throughout our history we have sought out emerging techniques and winemaking processes; testing, evaluating and elevating our craft to perfect wines from grapes grown throughout Sonoma County and other premium regions of California. Our NEW winery location in Dry Creek Valley is the first winery on the Westside Road. Best known for Sauvignon Blanc and Cabernet Sauvignon, we invite you to stop in to explore our diversity of terroir through our various appellation series tastings.
